The internal organs are indeed nutritious, but they should not eat too much. The visceral nutrient content of most animals is higher than that of muscles, especially the liver. The liver is the most concentrated place of nutrients in the animal. The liver has a high protein content and a lower fat content than meat. For example, the protein content in pig liver is 19.3%, The fat is only 3.5%.
