I don't like to eat vegetables. I rarely cook vegetables every time I cook. Fish and seafood are always inseparable from meals. Will eating vegetables affect my health?

The lack of vegetable mix will directly cause vitamin deficiency. Some vitamins, such as vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and vitamin K, have a clear inhibitory effect on cancer cell growth. If vegetables are lacking, it means that the ability to suppress cancer is reduced.
