How long should I exercise every day?

After the college entrance examination, my mother took me outdoors every day. I don’t know how long it takes to exercise at least every day.

    For health reasons, it is best for each adult to perform at least 30 minutes of physical exercise or physical labor every day. In the morning, at noon and after get off work, take a quick 10-15 minute walk.
