    The best source of chromium rich in life is meat, especially liver and other internal organs, is a source of highly bioavailable chromium. Brewer's yeast, unprocessed grains, bran, hard nuts, and cheese also provide more chromium; poultry, fish, and refined cereals contain very little chromium. Rich sources of chromium are cheese, protein and liver.
