Will the abdominal pain occur when the follicles are expelled?

Male  24 years old 2018-04-13
It's not the menstrual period, but there is a pain in the lower abdomen. It has been half a month since menstruation. How can it still be so painful? Is it during ovulation?

Some women will experience lower abdominal pain during ovulation, probably because the follicle cells are relatively large, which may cause the follicle to rupture during discharge. This will cause bleeding, which is relatively normal and not too nervous.
