Blood pressure before pregnancy has nothing to do with pregnancy. Regardless of blood pressure before pregnancy, the chance of getting pregnancy-induced hypertension after pregnancy is the same. Not because of low blood pressure before pregnancy, you will not get pregnancy-induced hypertension after pregnancy.
