Even if the fever is very serious, it is best not to drink cold water. Don't be greedy for cold drinks. Drinking too much cold drink will stimulate the stomach and intestines, affect the gastrointestinal motility, and cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Second, it will cause skin capillaries to contract, close the sweat pores, hinder heat dissipation and reduce sweat outflow, which is not conducive to lowering body temperature.
