I usually only eat what I like, and I don’t like to touch other foods, but how do I eat to be good for my health?

    If you only eat what you like every day, you can't supplement the nutrition of various foods. As much as possible to diversify the food, the type of ingredients in a day should reach 25-35 kinds. Human food is diverse, and the nutrients contained in various foods are not exactly the same. Each food can provide at least one nutrient.
