Why do children spit milk instead of liquid but cheese-like?

It is normal for proteins to precipitate when they encounter acid. If there are babies in the family who are breastfeeding, they may have such an experience. Sometimes children eat too much and spit milk will occur. The milk that the child spit out is not a so-called liquid, and sometimes it is a cheese-like solid. This is the precipitation reaction between milk and stomach acid.
