Is vitamin A deficiency bad for the eyes?

Male  35 years old 2018-04-08
I have always been unable to see clearly at night recently. Others say it may be caused by a lack of vitamin A. Is this true?

Lack of vitamin A does cause the eyes to feel that they cannot see clearly at night, it is difficult to adapt to the change of light and dark, and it also feels that the eyes are dry and fail to rotate. If vitamin A is sufficient, it can increase the smoothness of the cornea and brighten the eyes.
