This is caused by mold. If the white hair of vinegar is simply caused by mucor, it is not a big problem to remove the mildew floating film and continue to eat. However, there are other pathogenic bacteria in the air. If they are also propagated in vinegar, they may pose a health threat. Therefore, it is best not to continue to consume white-haired vinegar.
