I heard that fat and thin can be measured by BIM, so what is the scope of this?

The range of healthy weight of adults in my country is BMI = 18.5 kg/m2~23.9 kg/m2. If the BMI is less than 18.5 kg/m2, it is weight loss, between 24 kg/m2~27.9 kg/m2 is overweight, and equal to or greater than 28 kg/m2 is obese. For most adults, BMI can reflect the body's fat content to a certain extent, and weight gain is more fat. But it is not suitable for athletes and other people with particularly developed muscles.
