    Capsaicin can prevent cancer. Scientists speculate that these spicy foods contain many antioxidant substances, and oxidation is directly related to chronic diseases, cancer and aging. It can also prevent arteriosclerosis: a red pepper contains the amount of β-carotene required per day, and β-carotene is a powerful antioxidant that can deal with the oxidation of low-density cholesterol (LDL) into harmful forms. Once LDL is oxidized, just like the cream is not put in the refrigerator, it will become a bad substance and block the artery.
