  1, use cold water Face washing

In addition, when the body is in a humid environment for a long time, the heat will be seriously lost. It is best to keep the clothes and socks dry before going out. Apply some oily skin care products to areas prone to frostbite. When returning to the room from the outdoors, it is better not to soak in hot water or to roast the fire, and try to let the limbs warm naturally.

  3, Ginger is applied to the skin
