After blood sugar has the best effect, and it also has obvious antihypertensive effect, especially suitable for children with family history of diabetes and hypertension.

   Because flaxseed oil is not highly contained, it is particularly susceptible to oxidation, and the free radicals generated after oxidation are an important cause of skin texture deterioration, promoting human aging, illness and even cancer.

  Flaxseed oil and perilla oil are best used for cold dishes, other cooking methods can choose steamed vegetables or stuffed dumplings, buns and other foods. Secondly, linseed oil or perilla oil can be mixed with olive oil, tea seed oil and other oils with high oleic acid content and not easy to be oxidized for simple cooking, but should not be used for high temperature cooking such as frying or frying.
